Vice-President of Human Resources
Rick Pagsibigan has over 20 years of human resources management experience. Most recently, he spent seven years in various complex and regional human resources leadership roles with Crestline Hotels & Resorts. While working for Crestline, he developed a model to positively impact guest satisfaction through employee performance management and improvement plans, and was involved in the development of an organization-wide succession planning and career development program for operational leaders. Prior to Crestline, Rick spent 10 years working for the American Red Cross, with his last position being Chief Human Resources & Strategy Officer for the Greater Philadelphia Region. Rick earned a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from George Mason University. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
