Erik DeBeukelaer
Regional Controller
Erik DeBeukelaer is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining StepStone Hospitality, Erik was VP of Accounting for Magna Hospitality, providing leadership and oversight of all accounting functions for a portfolio of over 50 hotels, primarily Marriott and Hilton branded.
Erik began his Hospitality career as a Night Auditor at the Toledo Hilton with Boykin Management. He spent the next thirteen years with Boykin gaining experience and moving up until he reached the position of Regional Controller. During his career, Erik has held several positions, including VP Finance with National Hospitality Holdings LLC in partnership with Canyon Capital Advisors LLC, Director of Finance – Hotel Portfolio at Olshan Properties, as well as couple of Director of Finance positions with Montage International and Crescent Hotels.
Erik is a graduate from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
