Vice President Food & Beverage
Robert Ash’s life long career in hospitality has most recently led him to join us as Vice president of Food and Beverage. Bringing his wealth of knowledge and understanding of operations, Robert will oversee our portfolio of hotels and resorts Food and Beverage Operations. With excellence being the only expectation facing Robert, he has been empowered to create food and beverage programs that have no boundaries or nationalities but driven by the complexity of tastes and the depth of the palate of our guests.
Robert’s diverse background encompasses various training in international and domestic universities and institutions. His more than 25 years of food & beverage experience include most recently Executive Director of Operations – Food & Beverage / Culinary for Forbes 5 Star Wynn Resorts, Regional Director of Operations – Culinary & Beverage for Accor Hotels Canada, Regional Executive Chef for Omni Hotels & Resorts, Director of Food and Beverage – Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and various other prestigious hotels, resorts, restaurants and clubs.
Known for his food and beverage excellence, concept development innovation, financial acumen, leadership he will guide our team of F&B hospitality professionals to reach greater heights.
