This property, the Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg in Maryland, offers 301 rooms, including two suites. StepStone also will oversee upgrades to the hotel, which will include new fitness equipment, new guestroom carpeting, new lobby and lounge furniture, and the installation of digital keys in all guestrooms.
