Thato Manyoga
Area Director of Revenue Management
Thato is responsible for providing revenue management support to several hotels within StepStone’s hotel portfolio. Most recently, Thato was a Director of Revenue Management at the Sheraton University City Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Thato was a Revenue Manager on Marriott International’s Revenue Management Advisory Services Team (RMAS) supporting full-service hotels. In addition, he was part of the Marriott Integration Team that transitioned a portfolio of Starwood Hotels (Westin, Sheraton, Le Meridien, Luxury Collection & Tribute) to the Marriott ecosystem.
His hospitality career began in front office operations opening the Miami Beach EDITION hotel in Miami, Florida. Thato received a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Thomas Edison State University. Also, he received a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University.
