Regional Director of Food and Beverage
Nick Lisotto provides food & beverage support, including concepting, menu planning and engineering, bar and mixology programming, training, and other food & beverage-related services, to the StepStone Hospitality portfolio. Nicholas has over 10 years of focused food & beverage experience, across many facets of the industry, both back-of-house and front-of-house. Most recently, he was Chef Owner and Sommelier at Sorriso Pasta Company. Prior to that he was the Food & Beverage Director at the Bay Club at Mattapoisett. He has also held multiple chef positions, including Executive Chef of the Racquet Club of Philadelphia, and Chef at Vetri Family Restaurants. Nick has a degree in accounting from Ohio University College of Business and a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He is also a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
