Vice-President of Revenue Management
Maggie Glodziak is responsible for revenue management for StepStone Hospitality. Maggie, a 16-year hospitality veteran, was most recently Vice President of Revenue Management with Wyndham Hotel Group where she was responsible for implementing market segmentation and selling strategy across all systems and brands. In addition she was part of the implementation team to launch the Synxis CRS platform across 8,500 hotels. Prior to Wyndham she was a Vice President of Revenue Management for Dolce Hotels & Resorts, where she directed revenue management standards, tools and strategies to maximize revenue and increase market share for a 26 hotel portfolio. She has also held Regional Revenue Management roles with Hilton Worldwide and WHM LLC, an affiliate of the Blackstone Group. Her revenue management career began as the revenue manager for the Plaza Hotel in New York. Maggie received a Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University and a Bachelors of Technology Degree in Hospitality Management from New York City Technical College.
