Lori Lamothe brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality to the StepStone team. She spent 20 years at the Crowne Plaza in Worcester, MA, where she gained experience across all disciplines, including food & beverage, housekeeping, human resources, and accounting. She has experience with independent hotels and branded hotels, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. She was most recently the Director of Finance at the Hilton Providence. Lori is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
