Logan Fish
Director of Development
Logan Fish is responsible for providing support for StepStone Hospitality’s new business development activities. His main responsibilities include maintaining internal database, updating deal pipeline, preparing investment analysis, and communicating with various stakeholders.
Prior to joining StepStone, he started his career at Park Hotels & Resorts as an analyst for both the FP&A and Corporate Finance teams. His main responsibilities included corporate and capital budgeting, tracking benchmarking data to support company balance sheet initiatives, and summarizing portfolio operations and corporate financial activity.
Logan earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, as well as a minor in Real Estate Investment Management from The School of Hospitality Business. At Michigan State, Logan was involved with the Real Estate Investment Club and participated in many industry networking events such as ALIS. Additionally, Logan was a member of the winning team at the annual STR Student Market Study competition in 2019.
