Kristina Randorf

Kristina Randorf has almost 20 years of experience in the hotel operations and revenue management disciplines. She has worked with select service, full service, and luxury boutique properties, where she built strong teams and drove successful RevPAR results through strong segmentation mix and strategic planning. Kristina has served as Director of Revenue at the property level, as well as Regional Director of Revenue, and has worked with an array of brands, including IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Omni Hotels & Resorts and Morgan’s Hotel Group. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management and has also received her Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) designation from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.
