Brian McGrath
Regional Vice President of Operations
Brian McGrath provides operational support to the on-property teams within the StepStone hotel portfolio. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Brian has extensive experience with revenue management, hotel operations, implementation of brand standards, and guest satisfaction improvement. He is experienced in both independent and branded hotels, including Hilton, IHG, and Starwood. Most recently, Brian served as the Managing Director of two StepStone hotels in New York City where he was successful in converting one of the hotels to the first Curio by Hilton in NYC. Prior to joining StepStone, Brian’s career has taking him deeply into revenue management with several management organizations including Interstate Hotels and Resorts, HEI Hospitality, and Wyndham Worldwide. He has garnered additional operational experience with TPG Hotels and Resorts, Crescent Hotels and Resorts, Columbia Sussex, and Peabody Hotel Group.
