Anna Stone has 13 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with multiple brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Choice, and independent brands in both the full service and focused service arena. She has an extensive knowledge of working with large meeting hotels including several convention centers with 150,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. Anna has led multiple teams to drive RevPAR index, increase market share, and drive top line revenue. With a specialization in niche marketing and e-commerce, Anna has developed and implemented marketing campaigns and branding initiatives for properties throughout the country. She likes to get creative to win the business. Anna served on the VISIT FLORIDA meetings committee for two years and has guest lectured at Florida Gulf Coast University. Earning a Platinum Choice Award from Smart Meetings in 2015, she is also certified as a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP). Anna earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the State University of New York Fredonia and her Masters of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

In 2015 Anna was selected to be on Visit Florida’s Meetings and Events Committee to represent the state and her destination The Beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. She also led her team at The Beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel to win Smart Meetings 2015 Platinum Choice Award. In 2017 as Director of Sales and Marketing at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown she led her team to win the Stepstone 2017 Top Revenue Hotel award. In 2017 Anna and her marketing team won Hilton’s Top Social Media Engagement Team award.

Anna and her husband Steve, who is also in the industry, enjoy live music and exploring their home city of Nashville. She also loves to hunt for new finds for her vinyl collection and enjoys traveling and reading. For the past 9 years she has traveled in the States as well as internationally to see the Avett Brothers in concert.
