ORLANDO, Fla. – November 7, 2019 – StepStone Hospitality today announced the renovation of its Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Lake Buena Vista/Orlando dual property.
Located within minutes of Disney World® and Orlando’s hottest theme parks, Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando has completed a $3.2 million renovation of its 137-room hotel located at 11400 Marbella Palm Court. As part of the renovation, updates were made to the lobby, front desk, restaurant, bar, grab-and-go market, meeting space and all guest rooms.
The seven story, 130 suite, Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista/Orlando located at 11428 Marbella Palm Court has completed a $3.6 million renovation of the lodge, lobby, front desk, market, guest suites and corridors.

With the renovation, Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando introduces “The Shop”, a 24/7 grab-and-go retail space which gives guests enhanced menu options including an upscale mix of healthy, indulgent and fresh foods, including fresh plates; locally-sourced food and craft beers; snacks and beverages; local souvenirs; and a specialty self-serve coffee bar. Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando’s over 5,400 square feet of meeting space has undergone an upgrade as well. This, along with the property’s dedicated, experienced personnel and a state-of-the-art Audio-Visual system with 65” interactive Smart TV’s and ceiling recessed projection screens make the property a top-tier event space.
As part of the multi-million dollar Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista/Orlando renovation, improvements were made to create a new ambiance in the hotel’s public spaces and suites. The creative team used Hilton’s “Take Flight” design platform to transform the lodge area into a modern, colorful and inviting space, with distinct zones for connecting, dining and lounging. The suites were updated to include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, comfortable Sealy pillowtop mattresses and backlit vanity mirrors.

Tishman partnered with InterMountain Renovation Consultants (IRC) out of Monroe, Louisiana, to handle design, procurement and management of the general contractor, Frazee, Inc. on this project.
