Lea ChapaLea Chapa
Chief Operating Officer – Total Lodging Solutions

Lea Chapa brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to TLS executive leadership. As a long-time resident of Houston, Lea provides unique insight to the oil, gas, and energy markets and their relationship with the lodging industry.

In her role as COO, Lea leads the operations teams responsible for client and lodging partnerships. She enjoys playing a key role in TLS in everything from travel management software and website development to building client partnerships to sourcing lodging solutions. Her decades spent in sales, marketing, and relationship management, combined with senior hotel leadership, provide Lea the experience and background required to create beneficial relationships between TLS clients and lodging partners.

Chris Picarde
Talent Optimization Advisor – PI Midlantic

Chris joined the PI Midlantic team in 2017. His primary focus is on sales development, training, and servicing clients, with a specific focus helping clients align their talent with the company’s goals and objectives.

Chris earned his his B.S. in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College, where he captained the soccer and tennis teams. He began his career in the talent acquisition and recruiting services industry with Aerotek in the Virginia Beach area. After moving back to Annapolis, Chris was one of the original members of CORT Business Services’ Higher Education division. Chris ranked in the top 3 in sales every year and lead all sales in 2014. He was also responsible for spearheading national initiatives, training new-hires, and developing new national furniture management programs. Before leaving for an opportunity in surgical sales, Chris had been a vital contributor to the Higher Education division accounting for roughly 25% of overall revenue.

After spending two years in Ophthalmic surgical sales, Chris made the leap into the “family business”.

Chris was born and raised in Annapolis, MD, where he currently resides. In his free time, you will find Chris spending time with his two rescue dogs, playing soccer, tennis, and golf, and being the “fun uncle” of his two nieces and two nephews.

David Butler, CFBE

David Butler has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a specific concentration on hotel operations and food and beverage. David also has experience in managing high-volume, independent and branded restaurant concepts. For over 100 hotels across the county, David is responsible for client satisfaction, ensuring execution of projects and enhancing company processes to improve project return to owners. David and his team use their expertise to improve operational efficiencies by conducting area-specific analyses and observing how employees conduct their daily activities to improve overall workflow and remove process constraints. This work results in uncovering opportunities focused around reduced overall operational costs, increased ancillary revenues, and improved service.

Before joining Post Script, David was the Vice President of Operations at StepStone Hospitality, where he was responsible for the company’s full-service managed hotels and assisted with company F&B projects and initiatives. While at Prism Hotels and Resorts, he supported the hotels with strategic sales and marketing plans, cost containment, and service improvement directives to rapidly improve competitive position in the marketplace. His hotel portfolio includes 10 hotels, totaling $100M in annual revenues. David has relationships and experience with multiple brands, as well as lifestyle and independent hotels and resorts.

Georgette Young
Regional Director of Strategic Accounts – Cvent

Georgette Young is a Director of Strategic Accounts for Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud, where she engages with senior executives throughout the hospitality industry to develop marketing strategies and provide deep-dive performance insights. Her portfolio of clients consists of some of the top hotel Management Companies, such as HEI and Davidson. Prior to joining Cvent, Georgette spent over 20 years as a sales leader in the digital marketing and advertising industry working for companies like AOL.com and washingtonpost.com. She managed strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as Sprint, Marriott, Volkswagen, and UPS. An accomplished businesswoman, she also owns her own small event planning company focusing on small intimate events like weddings and showers. Georgette is a graduate of Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, where she majored in Advertising and Communications.

Lily Mockerman
President and CEO – Total Customized Revenue Management (TCRM)

President and CEO of Total Customized Revenue Management (TCRM), Lily Mockerman is a passionate and devoted leader and practitioner in the revenue management field, with strong analytical skills, experienced foresight, knowledge of many hotel systems, and the ability to clearly communicate vision and strategy for her clients and team. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Hotel Management, Ms. Mockerman’s career encompassed a variety of roles and responsibilities, including positions with independent full-service, boutique and resort hotels, and work with major brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, IHG and Hyatt, and various hotel management companies. With 13 years of diverse hospitality experience, including operations roles in Rooms Management and Food & Beverage, giving her a thorough understanding of how both the sales and revenue departments impact hotel operations, Ms. Mockerman founded Total Customized Revenue Management in 2012, using her passionate vision to become the premier provider of revenue management services for the hospitality community. In recognition of these efforts, she was named 2015 Revenue Management Professional of the Year by HSMAI’s Arizona Chapter.

Matt Hughes
Regional Sales Executive – M3

Matt has his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration from Missouri State University. After serving four years in the US Navy during the first Gulf War in the Persian Gulf, he began his hotel career. Matt started in banquet set up, progressing through General Manager of Select Service hotels then on to Full Service hotels. Finally, as the Vice President of Operations for a Midwest based Hotel Management group overseeing as many as 32 hotels. Matt has 23 years of operational experience with Choice Hotels, IHG, Wyndham International, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels. Over the last 8 years he was a M3 customer and has that user experience to help new M3 customers truly maximize the platform to run their hotel as cost effectively as possible.

Mary Chin
Director of Sales of Massachusetts – TravelClick

Mary Chin is the Director of Sales for TravelClick in Massachusetts. For over 4 years at TravelClick, Mary has been a hospitality revenue consultant forming consultative and collaborative partnerships with hoteliers in New England to drive revenue and direct bookings. Mary develops data-fueled strategies for awareness, targeted messaging & increased ROI. With 20 years of hospitality experience, Mary is a seasoned and trusted partner for hoteliers. Mary serves on the Board of SKAL Boston and of HSMAI Boston. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Colby College in Waterville, ME. Additionally, she studied abroad in France and Mexico and has a working knowledge of French & Spanish. Mary originally hails from St. Louis, Missouri, but now resides in Duxbury, Massachusetts with her husband, Alex, and two children, Lily and Henry (ages 10 and 7).
