Marriott Extended-Stay Hotel Becomes
StepStone’s Fourth Management Acquisition in Nine Months

NEW ORLEANS (MAY 19, 2015)StepStone Hospitality today announced that it has been awarded management of the TownePlace Suites New Orleans Metairie. The hotel is the fourth managed hotel to join the company’s portfolio since August 2014, bringing the total to 12 managed hotels. The other newly managed hotels include: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Downtown Nashville, Sheraton DFW Airport and Wyndham Baltimore Mount Vernon.

The Elmwood Business Park is nearby, along with the Elmwood Fitness Center and numerous restaurants and retail shops. The hotel is six miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport; New Orleans’ famous French Quarter is just seven miles away.
