Senior Corporate Analyst & Revenue Manager
Margaret Wilcox provides analytical and revenue management support to the StepStone home office and the hotel teams in the field. She has over 15 years of hospitality experience, including operations experience in a variety of branded and independent properties, such as Starwood (now Marriott) Luxury Collection, Relais & Chateaux, Crowne Plaza, and Marriott Vacation Club. Prior to joining StepStone, she was the Director of Front-of-House at a small, luxury hotel in Newport, RI, where she was responsible for front desk, concierge, and bell services, revenue management, and recreation (including private beach and spa). During her tenure, the hotel achieved its first Forbes Four-Star rating. She has also served as the Front Office Manager at a Luxury Collection resort, where she was able to maximize the department’s profitability through stringent labor and cost guidelines, while still consistently leading the brand in guest satisfaction. At StepStone, Margaret shares with the team her expertise in hotel operations, cost control, labor management, and guest service. Margaret is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
