Don Schoen
Vice President of Operations
Don Schoen provides operational support to on-property personnel within the StepStone hotel portfolio. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Don has broad-based experience in multi-property operations, revenue generation, business operations, sales & marketing deployment, GSS improvement, and implementation of brand standards. He is experienced in both independent and branded hotels including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Holiday Inn, and Hyatt properties. Most recently, he served as Regional Director of Operations for Pillar Hotels. Don possesses an in-depth knowledge of planning and completing major capital improvements on property, including guest room/public space renovations, elevator installations, and technology upgrades. Don is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
